Youth Grants
Before applying to the Tauck Foundation, please confirm that your
project or organization meets the foundation’s published guidelines.
If so, please send a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) that is no more than
two pages and includes the following:
- A description of your organization and its mission,
as well as the specific program or project for which you are requesting
funding. Please clarify whether the program/project is established
and ongoing, newly or recently initiated, or proposed.
- An explanation of how the proposed program meets
the Tauck Foundation’s funding guidelines and priorities.
- The total annual budget of the organization, as
well as the overall budget of the proposed program/project. Please
indicate the amount of funding you anticipate requesting from
the Tauck Foundation.
- The name, title, address, phone and email of the
contact person to whom any questions regarding the LOI can be
addressed.

2010 Funding Calendar:
- Letters of Inquiry for summer programs
ONLY due by Tuesday, December 1, 2009 (email, fax, or
postmark date). Final funding decisions made by April 2010.
- Letters of Inquiry for school year programs
ONLY due by Tuesday, February 16, 2010 (email, fax, or
postmark date). Final funding decisions made by June 2010.
- Letters of Inquiry for school year programs
ONLY due by Monday, May 3, 2010 (email, fax, or postmark
date). Final funding decisions made by October 2010.
