Founded in 1994, the Tauck Foundation is a private, family foundation that provides charitable grants to non-profit organizations. The foundation's funding priorities are a reflection of the shared interests of family members, as well as of the mission and culture of Tauck World Discovery, the family travel business. Through its work and the organizations it funds, the foundation seeks to reflect the family's values of integrity, compassion, commitment, and opportunity.
In addition to its role within the broader community, the foundation plays a role within the family and the company. The foundation strives to promote full family involvement, intergenerational sharing of values, and volunteerism by family members and company associates.
